Just Because!

Every day you should be grateful for the things you do have already and working on the things you want with spell work. 

The spell work is awesome and there are plenty of people, blogs and tips to help you achieve your goal.  But you also need to recognize what had already been given to you, like a job, family, food and shelter and be thankful for those things.  Even though we don’t think about it, the LWA are with us even when we are not doing spell work.

Truth be told!

Truth be told, I have been wanted to give up on my HD more than once.  I have done spell work and candle magic and asked Mambo and Parran for guidance and inevitably the answer was always healing and patience.

But what needed a healing?  Well with some patience I finally got my answer last night and my HD didn’t even know he gave me handed me a key to my spell work.  He brought up something from two years ago.  So now I can finally address the situation.  By the way, my story is not unique.  There are several of the Khouzhans and practitioners who have had similar experiences just by being patient, getting readings, and listening to what you have been told.

Damballah!

I want to preface this blog by telling you how I can up with this blog.  I asked Papa Legba for some guidance to give me an idea what to write today.  Immediately and thankfully I received my answer.  Damballah, it is his month after all.  I have blogged about him before and I will blog about him again.

We are very close and when I ask, he calms my mind down and helps me fall asleep.  Lately I have been calling on Damballah a lot.  He is so soothing without making a sound and protective without making a move.
