Inspirational stories

Hello everyone:-)

My brother just sent me the link to this video and I just had to share it. It was one of the best motivational videos I have ever seen and a real inspiration. If this man can get up and start all over again, we all can!:-) Well, of course we all can but you know what I mean:-)

Like my brother said when we were watching the England -US football game, or soccer as its called in the state (I am European) he had placed a bet on the US team, and said "I asked the US team if they can perform against England and they all answered "yes, we can!":-) And they did! Now, I am not really into football but he was visiting so I went along:-)

Does anyone have any nice stories of inspiration to share? Everyone came up with such great  examples of song lyrics, so let's share some insporational stories too:-) I have a few more that will be posted here and on my little corner on the forum over the next few weeks:-)
