Getting through the dark, winter months seems difficult; but you can do it and feel great come Spring. Below is a list of activities that will keep you moving and feeling wonderful all year long!
- Move around and get some exercise. This keeps your blood flowing and your mind active.
- Get some light. Bundle up and go outside into the sunlight. Itrelives stress and depression.
- Eat light. We have a tendancy of eating more in the winter and there is no reason for it. Eat light and feel light.
- Drink water. When it is cold and dry, you need the hydration for every part of your body.

- Be social. Plan indoor activities with your friends, watch a movie, or cook dinner.
- Put bright colored pillows and throws out. These are cheery and mood lightning.
