After a long day, a nice long soak in a hot bath is just the ticket. Adding bath salts can enhance this experience greatly. Whether you have a stiff back
from working at your desk, or sore tired feet, bath salts can help improve the
way you feel and ease away the tension.
Bath salts offer many other health benefits including certain healing
properties.
You might be surprised to know that adding a little salt into bath, can actually
help your circulation. They are recommended by medical doctors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists for people with back pain, muscle tension or spasms, and sports injuries. They are amazing for easing stiff, sore muscles and aching feet and legs.
I was fascinated to know how bath salts do this!
Bath salts open the pores to purify the skin, cleansing away dirt, sweat, and toxins. They help heal dry skin by making it more soft and supple. They can even help improve common irritations like insect bites, minor rashes, and calluses on feet, as well as more serious skin conditions like athlete’s foot, eczema and psoriasis.
Bath salts also help to induce calmness and promote relaxation. This is one of the best ways to ensure a sound, restful sleep at night!
While there are many bath salts out there, I highly recommend one of our products: Phraeda’s Himalayan Pink Bath Salts. These salts not only soak away aches and pains, but they also exfoliate and soften our skin. The scent is heavenly. You will not be disappointed and our company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
Phraeda.....take me away!!!!!
