Movies For Spell Casters

Hello my dears!

You've all gotten a glimpse of DJ Sistah Candi, right?  Well, I also happen to love movies and I have a bachelors degree in film and television.  So, for as long as I can remember movies have been a large part of my life!

I've always loved Hollywood's ability to capture art, as life (sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't, but when they get it right, it's right!).  One of my favorite movies, and one that captures exactly the essence of what love spell work is about, is Cold Mountain based on the book by Charles Frazier and starring Jude Law and Nicole Kidman.  It's a few years old, but its a good one, and it so strongly tells the story of two people who meet briefly and connect and then have to wait for each other. It's such a beautiful tale, exceptionally written and flawlessly directed!  So, if you haven't seen it, please rent Cold Mountain, directed by and screenplay written by Antony Minghella (who passed into the care of Baron Samedi this past week).  It's such an amazing representation of love that transcends time and circumstances, and barriers that most of us can't even imagine.  It represents true love.

Once you see what Inman and Ada went through to get to each other, casting a few spells and the waiting period afterward, seem like not such a big deal. True love is worth the wait.  :-)

Light and very much love,
Sister Candelaria
